Corbyn’s anti-racism interviewer sent tweets joking about Jews and Hitler

“I bet if Hitler was alive and did a little Douige [a popular dance move] everyone would forget about the whole genocide thing.”

Other tweets included jokes about black men dating fat white women.

Mr Vujanic apologised for his tweets describing them as “vile” and unrepresentative of his views today. 

Hi everyone, some of my old tweets have been unearthed and they're absolutely vile. I want to apologise sincerely.

My younger self was completely ignorant, unaware and stupid. These tweets do not represent my beliefs and views. Discrimination is NEVER acceptable.

A spokesperson for Jeremy Corbyn said Mr Vujanic was right to apologise.

"David Vujanic's old tweets were absolutely vile and he is right to apologise for them and recognise that hate and discrimination have no place in our society," he said.
