Liberal Judaism's LJY-Netzer has been awarded silver status by Youth Mark, an assessment scheme for youth services.
The assessment team included teenagers from across the ethnic and religious spectrum.
LJY-Netzer received the highest ever score in the "youth participation" category in recognition of its democratic decision-making process.
One of the assessors, Ismail Jeilani, 17, said: "As a Muslim, I was always taught in my belief that everyone is a brother and sister to each other. It's really great to see an organisation like LJY-Netzer that puts this into practice. They really do see each other as family."
