Time travel popular in Pinner

articlemain

Pinner UniteD Synagogue's 75th anniversary exhibition took the 250 visitors back to 1941 - when founding brothers Harry and Myer Lipman moved to the area - through to the present day through photographs, recordings and some interactive exhibits.

The opening ceremony included speeches from two congregants born in the year of the synagogue's establishment while members of local churches and mosques were among the visitors.

Curator Rosalyn Sober was delighted by the "amazing response from our community and beyond" to the display.
