A new Yiddish speaking and singing group has begun meeting monthly in north-west London.
All Friends of Yiddish will next convene on Sunday afternoon at the Michael Sobell Community Centre in Golders Green.
Until last October, the original Friends of Yiddish, founded by poet
A N Stencl, met for 75 years in London's East End.
"We are working to return our Yiddish culture to Jews of all ages who have been deprived of their heritage," explained All Friends of Yiddish's Chaim Neslan.
