The strictly Orthodox Yesodey Hatorah nursery in Stamford Hill has passed its latest inspection with flying colours, being ranked good in all four areas.
Supportive staff prepared children well for their next stage of education and were good role models, Ofsted reported.
It added that the 144 children “behave very well and develop strong social skills”. They were “eager and motivated learners” who become “deeply engaged in their play and show strong concentration”.
Their knowledge of maths was extended effectively by staff through daily routines.
Songs were used as a means to aid good communication and the children enthusiastically joined in with the singing.
