Around £80,000 for Norwood's work was raised from Young Norwood's property awards, which drew a 350 crowd to the Hilton Metropole in Edgware Road.
Award winners were Daniel Howard, Simon de Friend, Paul Eden, Ray Bloom and Adam Goldin.
Property Week editor-in-chief Giles Barrie presented the prizes and was part of a discussion panel.
