The title of a new book celebrating the centenary of Britain's first Liberal synagogue was inspired by broadcasting boss Michael Grade.
A Place to Call My Jewish Home – Memories of The Liberal Jewish Synagogue 1911–2011, is published next week. LJS says the title is taken from a phrase used by Baron Grade to convey his deep feelings for the congregation.
