Key child welfare professionals from Kosovo toured Norwood facilities during a fact-finding mission organised by the One to One Children's Fund.

The group, including government officials, visited the Kennedy Leigh Family Centre in Hendon and the Buckets and Spades short break facility and held discussions with Norwood's children and family specialists.

For Bajram Kelmendi of the Kosovan Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare, it was the sensory room at Kennedy Leigh which stood out. "It was so well planned and executed. These are the kind of resources we need in Kosovo."
