More than 200 thrill-seekers including Lord Levy enjoyed a day of fun at Chessington World of Adventures on Sunday.

The outing was to launch a new scheme in which Jewish Lads' and Girls' Brigade will be linking up with the company running some of Britain's biggest visitor attractions .

After an awards ceremony at which Lord Levy presented prizes to groups from around the country, including Kingston, Brighton and Glasgow, JLGB members spent the rest of the day enjoying the sun and riding the rollercoasters.

The event was the first joint venture between JLGB and Merlin Entertainments, Europe's largest visitor attraction operator and the company behind sites including Alton Towers, Madame Tussauds and the London Eye.
