Former JFS headteacher Rachel Fink has been conducting a strategic review of the S & P Sephardi Community.
She has been working for several months as a consultant to the religious body since her sudden departure from JFS in May.
Mrs Fink, who has 25 years’ experience working in the community, is a graduate of both the Cambridge Coexist Interfaith and Harvard Leadership programmes.
She will lead on implementation of the review alongside acting SPSC chief executive Ian Stewart.
According to a sent letter to members, the review has looked at the make-up of the professional team, improving communications and some "minor revisions" to the constitution. A membership survey is planned.
Professor Stuart Morgenstein, parnas presidente of the SPSC, said, "Once these immediate actions are complete there will be plenty more to consider, including strengthening the foundation of the community through improving education, pastoral care and governance, and a financial business plan."
