Regional co-chair Salma Arif said the response demonstrated "a real appetite for dialogue". Nisa-Nashim National co-chairs Laura Marks and Julie Siddiqi addressed the event and plans for future activities such as halal/kosher food evenings and friendship walks were discussed.
