Chiefs hail Aish's work

Chief Rabbis old and new were among 1,100 guests at a north London dinner marking 20 years of Aish UK, which raised £1 million.

Emeritus Chief Rabbi Lord Sacks presented the Pioneer of Jewish Education Award to businessman and philanthropist Joshua Rowe and his wife Michelle for their leadership of Manchester's King David School. Mr Rowe in turn presented awards to young educational pioneers.

Chief Rabbi Ephraim Mirvis was also among the speakers at the dinner, along with Israeli Ambassador Daniel Taub.
