Maccabi is already in the money from a 12-year-old Prestwich girl who is short-listed for a design prize.
Abigail Stephens has donated the £1,000 awarded for her entry in the Fab lollies' "Design a Fab den" contest, encouraging youngsters to submit designs to transform a local amenity close to their heart. The winner's dream will be made into a reality.
She wowed the judges with her plans for a multimedia den featuring a disco ball, retro boombox, a computer and a sofa in the Fab colours.
Abigail says Manchester Maccabi deserves the prize because she and her friends need somewhere to play when the weather is wet. "I think it's fabulous my entry being chosen in the final 10. It can be boring when it is raining and we need somewhere to have fun when we can't go outside.
"A lot of the people at Maccabi like playing and watching football and I'd like somewhere to play where we won't get in their way."
She has made a video to promote her campaign for votes for the top prize, which can be made through the www.myfabland.com website.
