Charlotte Silver needs your vote to help her make it as the nation's next top recording artist

Singinger Charlotte Silver needs your help.
The 22-year-old from Manchester has made it down to the final 50 in the Retail Trust's Search for a Star competition. The contest is open to people across the UK who work in retail and have a passion for performing.
The winner will record their own single and meet industry figureheads at Mercury Music Group.
Miss Silver, who made it through to the final 20 of X Factor in 2006, was picked for the final 50 following an impressive rendition of Janis Joplin's Take Another Little Piece of my Heart at Brent Cross shopping centre in north London earlier this month.
It is now up to the public to text vote for their favourite performance by November 30. All acts can be seen on YouTube and via the Retail Trust website. Miss Silver, who works in Harrods spraying perfume, tells People: "I need the public to get behind me.
"I am really trying to pursue my career in performance. I go from audition to audition. This is a great opportunity for me to get my face and name out there and meet people who can help further my career.
"My dream is to be successful in a life of performing, whether that is in film, television, theatre or as a recording artist. They are all passions of mine."
Growing up in Altrincham, Miss Silver now lives in Golders Green, north London. She has a degree in drama and theatre arts from Birmingham University and recently graduated from the London School of Musical Theatre.
The competition is endorsed by Sir Philip Green, owner of Arcadia Group and Marks & Spencer executive chairman Sir Stuart Rose.
