Charlotte Posner helps Spencer Pratt & Heidi Montag make a unique splash on Celebrity Big Brother

Illuminati symbols and cryptic messages adorn the custom-made jackets the reality TV veterans wore for their first night in the infamous house

Reality television couple, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag enlisted Jewish designer Charlotte Posner to create bespoke jackets for their entrance into Celebrity Big Brother.

The pair known for their relationship on American hit series, The Hills, were introduced to Ms Posner by Spencer’s sister and former cast mate Stephanie Pratt.

Speaking about the pop art inspired design, Ms Posner said: “They wanted the Illuminati on it – the big eye on the front and the eye of Big Brother as well.

“He [Spencer] also wanted the green jewels – because he has a necklace of green jewels he wears around his neck.”

The designer who usually paints canvases in her east London studio and is more use to designing the stain glass windows for her shul in Essex rather than clothes, explained the graffiti style writing on Spencer’s jacket said, “do not allow the eye to fool the mind.”

There is also a hidden message underneath his collar reading, “go hard or die trying.”

Heidi’s jacket featured the designers signature pop dolls on the back of alongside the pairs famed “Speidi” nickname with an accompanying hashtag.

Ms Posner said: “They came to me which was really personable and they were really polite and lovely. I didn’t know who they were before I met them but they are great. I’ve had loads of requests since their jackets went on Television.”

The experience of designing clothes for the first time has inspired the artist to pursue fashion more seriously.

She said: “I had never done any fashion before but having your art work on clothes can get it seen by a much bigger audience.”
