A court hearing against a pro-Israel activist was dismissed because the complainant failed to attend the hearing as he was reportedly in the Gaza Strip.
Defendant Daniel Barnett, a Jewish member of Sussex Friends of Israel, had been charged with a public order offence against Chris Osmond after a protest outside Israeli shop EcoStream this year.
He pleaded not guilty at Brighton Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
