HIGNFY presenter Ian Hislop happened to bump into the UJIA boss in the street while filming a documentary about attitudes to poverty. Despite the "deserving" and "undeserving poor" labels on the buckets, Mr Wegier made it clear that he believes that no such distinction should be made.
