Breast cancer sufferers to make catwalk debut

articlemain

Three Jewish women have been chosen to model clothes by top designers at a fashion show to raise awareness of breast cancer.

Amanda Turofsky, Katie Worth and Jodi Wilson, all three sufferers of the disease, will be appearing on the catwalk at the celebrity-studded event.

Ms Turofsky, 54, from Elstree, said: "I am looking forward to being made to feel glamorous for the night."

Members of her synagogue, Radlett United, will be at London's Grosvenor House Hotel next month to watch her modelling debut, alongside Ms Worth, who belongs to Chigwell and Hainault Synagogue, and Ms Wilson, of Hendon, who was diagnosed at the age of 25.

The annual event, now in its nineteeth year, is organised by the charity Breast Cancer Care.
