It's a crowning achievement for Micah Gordon of Borehamwood - and he is only six. He is playing a child king in a series of advertisements for Israeli company Yes TV's new children's channel.

His mother, Ruth Gordon, said she admired his ability "to stand up in front of a camera crew, for someone who is just so shy. When he is filming he's like a totally different boy – I don't know where he finds the confidence."

The Wolfson Hillel Primary pupil has also won a role in the upcoming BBC3 sitcom Siblings.
