January 26, 2018 09:13The body of a former JFS pupil on a tour of South America has been found on a hiking trail in Argentina.
David Minn, 24, an aerospace engineer who graduated from the University of Sheffield last year, had been declared missing on Monday after he failed to return to his hostel.
Local media reported that he fell while hiking alone on a rocky path in the Tierra del Fuego region.
It is believed Mr Minn, from Borehamwood, fell more than 100 feet and suffered a blow to his head, although the exact cause of death is not yet clear.
