Kosher shoppers will have noticed that one of their staple items, Tomor margarine, has undergone a packaging makeover, shedding its old green jacket for a smart new blue.
Produced by Rakusen's, it matches the colour of the company's most famous product, matzah, which recently came out in a new box. (Although its Pesach version will remain in traditional red.)
But whatever the outside, the "flame-baked cracker" stays the same. "It's cooked in the same way as Lloyd Rakusen first cooked it in 1908," said Rakusen's sales director Sarah Hemingway.
