Birkbeck College, University of London was one the key players in the NUS' new boycott of Israel, seems to have had a pleasing change of heart. One reader spotted posters for Arts Week with a picture of Zionist Vladimir Jabotinsky emblazoned on the posters.

Arts Week is over, and there are no longer pictures of the founder of the Jewish Self Defence Organisation plastered all across the college, but his image lingers on the School of Arts website. A strange choice of illustration, for a week where topics included "Was there an English Renaissance?"
