He may never strut the West End stage but Steve Brodie's musical tribute to his wife, Rachel, has been picked up by the national media.
A video celebrating the couple's marriage 15 months ago, which he recently posted on Facebook, had the Mirror asking: "Is this the greatest wedding speech ever?" It features clips from their London simchah along with the serenading groom's rendition of Bruno Mars's Marry You and Mr Cellophane from Chicago.
"To be honest, it wasn't supposed to go nuts, it just did," said the 29-year-old Glaswegian, who works in finance. "I am pleased that something that was for Rachel has got attention though - she deserves it all."
