Even dedicated narcissists might think twice about looking at their reflection after watching this chiller. Kiefer Sutherland is a suspended New York cop forced to work as a night-watchman in a burned-out department store where he is menaced by evil forces lurking behind the mirrors in the building. Logic may not be a prime ingredient in this remake of a Korean original, but, with disbelief easily suspended under Alexandre Aja's atmospheric direction, and Sutherland's excellent characterisation, movie-goers with a taste for terror are well catered for.
