Throughout seven remarkable decades, the British people have been the beneficiaries of Her Majesty The Queen’s devoted service. She has been universally revered and admired during a life that witnessed so many destructive and dark periods. 

Throughout these years her moral stature and nobility of character sustained not only her family, but indeed all of us.

On a personal note, a profoundly moving event was a visit just a few months ago to the Queen’s Gallery at Buckingham Palace where her remarkable son, King Charles III, a defender of all faiths and a champion of the Jewish people, had commissioned the portraits of seven Jews who had survived The Holocaust and are still living.  These portraits have been added to the Royal Collection. 

Those who came to the event witnessed one of the most compassionate and human gatherings of our lives.
