Thursday, July 30 (Av 9), Tishah b’Av. Torah Portion, morning: Deuteronomy 4:25-40; afternoon: Exodus 32:11-14 and 34:1-10. Haftarah, morning: Jeremiah 8:13 to 9:23; afternoon: Isaiah 55:6 to 56:8 (Ashkenazim); Hosea 14:2-10 and Micah 7:18-20 (Sephardim).

The fast ends in London at 9.43; Bournemouth 9.45; Leeds 9.52; Manchester 10.02; Gateshead 10.10 ; Glasgow 10.27.

Friday, July 31 (Av 10), Shabbat begins in London at 8.36; Bournemouth 8.34; Leeds 7.35*; Manchester 8.51; Gateshead 8.55; Glasgow 9.09.
