Maccabi GB’s latest inter-school sports tournament saw Sinai come away with the honours as they won the Year 5 girls netball tournament.
Sponsored by All Aboard, eight different schools took part in the competition, forming 14 teams which saw a total of 125 players take part.
Held at Broomfield Park, the final, which was watched by 50 spectators, saw Sinai Red beat Rimon Red 2-0.
Maccabi GB’s School and Sports Coordinator Nathan Bloohn said: “It was fantastic to see such a high-quality tournament with so many players and schools taking part. The quality is increasing with every event that we hold, and the future is looking strong for Jewish sport.”
