Maccabi GB’s latest inter-school sports tournament saw Mathilda Marks Kennedy come away with the tag of champions as they won the Year 3 and 4 mixed football tournament.
Sponsored by All Aboard, 20 teams from 10 schools took part in the event, which ensured a total of 180 players took part.
The final, which was watched by a further 75 spectators, saw MMK beat Yavneh Red 3-2.
Maccabi GB’s School and Sports Coordinator Nathan Bloohn said: “It was a fantastic event, which was a showcase of incredible skill, sportsmanship and passion. It was also for many pupils, their first taste of a Maccabi GB competition.”
