SOUTHEND FRIENDS OF ISRAEL LAUNCH EVENT
Close to 120 people gathered at Southend and Westcliff Hebrew Congregation for the inaugural event of the recently launched Southend Friends of Israel. There was an array of speakers including Nigel Goodrich who is pro-active in setting up many provincial Friends of Israel groups; Michael Freeman from the Israeli Embassy; and Stephen Jaffe, co-chair of Northern Ireland Friends of Israel.
