Charity golf day is Spurfect ending for Kyle Walker

articlemain

Just before his big money move from Spurs to Manchester City, England full back Kyle Walker was among the players at the Friends of Jewish Blind & Disabled golf day at Hartsbourne Country Club which raised £25,000.

Walker is a friend of Jason Botchin, whose father Lloyd organised the event and whose grandparents live in JBD’s Cecil Rosen Court in Bushey.

The winning team comprised James Gershfield, Max Shields, Jon Ellis and Craig Ellis and individual prizes went to Marc Franks, Jocelyn Alford, Kim Harris and Max Harris.

Chief executive Hazel Kaye said the proceeds would help JBD to provide “a life of independence, dignity and choice for any adult in the community who is physically disabled or vision impaired”.
