There big guns are out in force in my MGBSFL Team of the Week from Matchday Two.

articlemain

1. GIDEON TIANO (Straw Hat Pirates) - "man-of-the-match performance against title favourites Fairlop, made some incredible saves, especially towards the end, proving how much of an asset he is. Crucial diving save towards the end justifies his place in goal and as one of the best keepers in the division"

2. JOSH CINNA (Mill Hill Dons) - "a commanding performance from the debutant today, he made some crucial challenges and interceptions. Looking like a very good signing for the club"

3. LEE WARNER (Oakwood A) - "first game back for the Oaks since his travels. Superb performance"

4. BEN LAUFFER (Hendon Utd Sports) - "not only a calm reassuring presence at the back but also the ability to pick passes through opposition defences, even from the back"

5. AVI MOCTON (Faithfold A) - "was a beast at the back. Won every battle and drove the team forward after winning it"

6. LIAM STEIN (NL Raiders C) - two goals from centre mid from an influential player who is one of the first on the teamsheet week in, week out

7. JOE DAVIS (Los Blancos) - "very energetic performance . Scored the first goal and an absolute belter it was"

8. Reiss Mogilner (Brady Maccabi) - hat-trick hero helped cement maximum point in the Premier opener against Camden

9. JOSH HARRIS (Hendon Utd Sports) - "An imperious performance, holding the ball up  brilliantly throughout the game and bringing in other forward players.   Scored two goals, one of which was very special"

10. SAM CANTOR (Oakwood A) - "best player on the pitch. Gave Rhodes a very difficult morning. Outstanding from Sam"

11. ADAM ELLIS (Bayern Mincha) - "the FC Team defence could not contain him. Outstanding performance and unplayable on that form with two goals and an assist on his debut for the club"

STAR MAN: Sam Cantor (Oakwood A)
