JC QUOTE OF THE WEEK: NOMINATIONS

- SAM RANK (Redbridge JC A) - QUOTE 1 - "With no game for Fairlop today, they came with their notepads and pencils, and finished up with running out with paper with the amount of notes they took on this talented RJC A squad. In addition, some interesting words were exchanged between Fairlop and NLG camps. That game maybe interesting ..."

- RAY ABRAHAMS (Scrabble FC A) - "I’ve told the guys to keep plugging away and keep doing the right things and our luck hopefully will turn....We are just making mistakes which are costing us in games as we are gifting the opposition a lot of these goals we are conceding but we will put it right in the next few weeks I’m certain.....”

- BRANDON HAMME (Mill Hill Dons) - "On our day I believe we are the best team in this league but with the more the games we continue to let slip away from us, the harder it will be for us to gain ground. I hope that we don’t look back on this game at the end of the season as the game that cost us achieving our goals this season"

Mark Rister bagged a brace for Brady. Boss Joel Nathan told JC Sport: "To give a team three goals in the first half is not great. However, we showed some real character in the second to come back to 3-2 and if Avi would not have pulled off a wonder save to deny Marc his hat-trick I am convinced we would have gone on to win. It should also be noted we debuted 3 17 year olds who showed the club has great depth. The results will change ... it is just a matter of time."
