The Rowley Lane club’s Under Eight team, who play in the West Herts League and are managed by Nigel Burns, won their first competitive piece of silverware. Top-scorer Sam Hamerton was their matchwinner with a double strike in extra-time winner in the the Bushey Rangers FC Trophy final against Croxley Pumas.

Danny Schindler’s Watford Friendly League Under 10 team won an Under 11 tournament in Nice, France. In an event hosted by the local Maccabi Association, goals from Joel Citron (2), Jordan Grundman (2), Callum Lee, Jonny Byre and Nathan Schindler helped them beat Montpellier 7-0 in their final match.
