Leeds JNF J-Uni stormed 11 points clear at the top of the Manchester Jewish Soccer League after recording two victories in the space of a few days.

Alex Hirschman (2), Josh Robin (2), Alex Singer, Elliot Wallis, Anthony Hayman and Jonathan Green were on target as they mauled Oakhill Lions 8-0 in a midweek contest. This was followed by a 6-2 success over Manchester Maccabi 4th in which Hirshman (3), Rubin, Sam Benamor and Jamie Cooper netted.

Haroldeans beat Sporting JLGB 4-2 with goals from Zach Goodman, Anthony Beilin, Jacob Nevitt and Sam Robert. Jarod Cohen and Adam Schwinger scored for Sporting.

Oakhill bounced back from the heavy defeat against Leeds to hammer Roy's Rovers 6-1 courtesy of strikes from Yishai Last (4), Daniel Cohen and Josh Leviten.

Crumpsall got back to winning ways with a 2-1 win over Republic of Mancunia. Uri Steinberg and a penalty from Matt Jacobs earned the points. Stuart Goldwater replied.

South Manchester Maccabi 2nd won the basement battle against Westdene Reserves 8-2. Mike Basger (3), Jeremy Nivern, Dave Hamlet, Rob Sciama, Simon Mattison and Andrew Levy scored for South. Josh Cooper and Rafi Hasid hit back for Westdene.
