JC MSFL VOX POP: FEMALE FOOTBALL OFFICIALS

BERG NAMES 20-MAN REP TEAM SQUAD

---------------------------------------

Glenthorne A player-manager Dan Lipman will not ask his board for funds for new signings as the end of the transfer window approaches. Lipman told JC Sport: “We are focusing on getting the best out of our current squad for the rest of the season. We have a lot of talented players who can play in a variety of positions including myself, Tiller and Dan Shaf, so there are no gaps to fill.”

Redbridge Jewish Care are believed to be in negotiations to sign Elliot Green from North West Neasden A.

Oluseun Thomas, manager of Inter Borehamwood, has expressed anger after star midfield was allegedly tapped up. “I am a little disappointed to hear that there has been unsolicited approaches to my talisman, Jerome Colmans after my comments this weekend were misconstrued. Jerome Colmans is an asset to Inter and I was just pointing out the fact that he is extremely dangerous when off form. I will fight to keep my key players and not even £50million could be enough to let a talent like him go his best years are ahead of him still.”

Redbridge Jewish Care are believed to be considering an audacious bid that could see Daniel Castle and Elliot Castle going in opposite direction.

Sammy Carr, the Neasden B joint-manager, got three hours sleep on Wednesday night. Rumour has it he was on the phone for six hours trying to persuade a current Premier Division player to leave a rival side to become a Neasden regular. A Neasden insider said: “Seems like the conversation worked.”

Redbridge's Danny Sugarman is said to be mulling over a return to Chigwell after his display against them last week. A Chigs source told JC Sport: "Sugie is living proof the older and more unfit you are, the better you get!"

Danny Cohen ‘aka Aron Lennon’ came through a pre-arranged seven-a-side game on Monday night unhurt. He joins the Neasden B squad for the short trip to Rowley Lane on Sunday.

The are growing rumours that striker Jonny Blain is on the verge of signing a four-year extension at Faithfold C having finally found a manager that believes in him and realising his dream of playing for a big club.

Redbridge Jewish Care B manager Mike Winehouse is on the verge of quitting the club.

RJC’s Simon Bagel has signed a pre-contract agreement with Glenthorne United for next season.

There are plenty of rumours flying out of the Jewventus camp. They include:

Player-manager Gabriel John to step down at end of season and take up coaching greyhounds.

Richard Fogelman to be poached by anyone who doesn’t train.

Mark Martell being scouted several Spanish clubs.

Gab Saul in shock huge money move to Blackpool to replace Charlie Adam.
Club to receive massive coffers boost to buys new players in the summer.

Simon Shooter to be sent to see Richard Steadman in US to cure ongoing foot problems.

Jeremy Kornhauser to sit down with Glenn Hoddle and Eileen Drury to find God, and a new pair of scoring boots.

Serge Cowan considering retirement, but club hope for one more season.

Gabriel John heard discussing “the disgraceful way, DC keeps lower league teams waiting for preview, even when they’re the first to give him team news!”

The Jewventus board of directors have cranked up the pressure on manager Garbeil John. A source said: “The club demands the Division Four title next year after disappointing 10/11.”

Fresh on the back of signing James Joseph, the scouting team at Los Blancos have been working over time to bring in a few more new names before the window closes, with Adam Taylor and Harris Kirsch being touted as possible additions to the squad.

LB have suffered a set back in their attempts to sign up Dan Cohen on a part-time contract next season.
Manager Joel Minsky told JC Sport: “Apparently, a lift in the back seat of my mum's Rav 4 to our game last week and £30 cash wasn't enough to twist his arm. We are on the lookout on that front though, as goalie Josh Cohen won't be available one week out of three next season as he continues his medical training.”

Dan Cohen, the Rep Team goalkeeper, is considering suing Los Blancos following their announcement that he rejected their approach for next season. Cohen, who recently quit Montana in favour of refereeing, hasn't confirmed his plans for next season. Cohen said: "Hopefully, if all works out, I'll be spending a few months in the USA coaching, meaning I won't be playing at all next season anyway. However, if I stay in England, I'll obviously have to decide whether I'll play or referee. I can say for certain though, that I won't be dropping down to Division 4 to continue in goal. If I drop down divisions, I'll reignite my career as a holding midfield player."

Glenthorne's Josh Hambling and Ashley Stanton are considering a move to Pinner JFC in order to obtain regular first team football.

Elliott Coulton, the Glenthorne B manager, has been tipped to replace Michael Winehouse at RJC B. Neither club was willing to comment on the rumours ...

Breaking ... shock signing .. Stuart Muller has just landed at Blizzard Storm HQ to sign a short-term deal. A Blizzard director told JC Sport: "With Muller and Grayson, Linden means business."
