Have any players left? Darren Russell, Nick Grosse and Matt Keston have left to join Los Blancos. Matt has sadly suffered a knee injury and we wish him a speedy recovery

Hopes for the season? As we are essentially a new team we'll be looking to establish ourselves and win more games than we lose. Much will depend on how quickly we gel

Which players would you describe as the 'ones to watch' and why? I’m excited by the return from long-term injury of Joe Tankel and Andrew McMaster, the reuniting of Nick Woolf and Adam Posner and the return from sabbatical of Gilad Kestenbaum
