Season 2012/13 preview: Redbridge Jewish Care A

articlemain

There is a steely determined at Redbridge A. Manager Eilon Kennet explains why.

Competitions entered: MSFL, Cyril Anekstein, Peter Morrison Trophy

Hopes for the season: To improve on last season's efforts. We struggled for players on too many occasions, because the squad was just too small, went out of the CAC with a whimper and won and lost in the PMT in most bizarre manner.

Main challengers: Hendon, Lions, Oakwood and Brady, perhaps.

Is your squad complete or are you still looking to strengthen? The squad is more or less complete, but we are still looking at a few trialists who only just
became available.

Captain: Adam Hakimi

Ones to watch and why? Some very exciting youngsters, like Sam and Nathan Sollosi who will play when they can. Also, Jack Van Gelder looks very promising.

Home ground: Fairlop

Sponsors: Redbridge Jewish Care

What will your team bring to the league this season? Flair and commitment. Last season was bit of a learning curve for me. If we can stay fairly injury free, we'll be serious challengers in each competition.
