JC CYRIL ANEKSTEIN CUP ROUND ONE
REDBRIDGE JEWISH CARE B 5 FAITHFOLD B 1

Mark Zealander and Dan Orgel were on the scoresheet again as Redbridge B maintained their excellent start with an emphatic victory over Faithfold B at Fairlop.

Both bagged a brace with David Dobrin putting the icing on the cake.

Redbridge boss Stirling Kay told JC Sport: "This was a very open attacking game.where both teams got the ball down on the floor and gave great entertainment throughout.

"When going forward, the power pace and trickery of the Redbridge attack was superb and had Faithfold at full stretch. Early on, they did well to keep the score down to four. They got one back before half time.

"We scored another in the second half with all three substitutes coming on early in the second half, and they also played a a big part in forcing Faithfold back.

"Somehow, we didn't manage to score any more. Overall it was a breathtaking attacking performance, with Faithfold playing their part in a very good attacking game."
