Redbridge B sent out a title warning as strikes from Carl Dobrin, Daniel Bean and Richie Caplin guided them to a commanding 3-1 win over Oakwood B.

Oakwood started off the better side, winning most of the first and second balls. But after the 10 minutes, the RJC B boys, started playing with the high pressing game, and very high-tempo game, giving the Oakwood defence and midfield not a second on the ball, and winning all the first and second ball.

Redbridge took the lead halfway through the first half, after good hold up play from Craig Sandford, forced the Oakwood defender to commit the foul. A wonderful delivery from Brad Gayer was finished brilliantly by CAPLIN leaving his cousin the Oakwood keeper Dean Caplin with no chance. (However the goal was missed by his wag Alannah Gold from the sideline. Richie will be having words!)

RJC dominated the midfield battle for the remainder of the half, with Adam Noble, Daniel Bean and Dobrin completely on top.

The home side knew the job was only half done, and came out with a determined attitude in the second half and were rewarded with a second goal.

Once again, great pressing from the RJC B midfield, won the ball, and a driving run by DOBRIN was finished emphatically with a swerving shot from 28 yards leaving the Oakwood keeper with no chance. (However the goal was missed by his wag Sophie Noble from the sideline. Carl will be having words!)

Redbridge continued to dominate the game and should of been further ahead with chances missed by Sandford.

The hosts killed the game off after great work in the midfield from Noble, who won the ball and played in BEAN - the nicknamed Jewish N'Galo Kante - who was the cool cat and finished expertly; it was nothing less than he deserved.

RJC B managed the rest game tactically, and with a minute to go, a comedy goal involving Richie Caplin and Scott Shear handed Oakwood a consolation via Sam Modlin.

Victorious boss Sam Rank told JC Sport: "Overall a great performance, three very well-deserved points and also a wonderful day for club. Too see all three RJC teams win is just amazing."

Oakwood boss Jason Stein told JC Sport: "We were very poor today. Abject, out of ideas and below the required standard. Redbridge were every bit the deserved winners.

"It's been a shocking start to the season and we simply do not expect to lose back-to-back games when we have this calibre of player.

"But now it is up to those great players to show why they are great players. We have to up our game because right now it is not good enough. Whatever you do in life you need to do it to the best of ones ability and right now that is not happening.

"I'll include myself in that. The away fans were right to boo today."
