Sam Monjack has had his contract with Chelsea renewed for a further 12 months.

Sam Monjack (right) has had his contract with Chelsea renewed for a further 12 months. The central midfielder, 13, has been with the Blues for six years and will now play for Chelsea Under 14s.

The level-headed Immanuel College pupil is fully committed to the cause when he pulls on the Chelsea shirt every week, although he is in fact an Arsenal fan. Monjack said: "I could not wish to be anywhere better than Chelsea, as the coaching and facilities are incredible and the standard of football is as high as it gets for my age group. I want to go as far as I can at Chelsea and see where that takes me."
