Haroldeans hot-shot Bobby Abrams returned to haunt former club Hyde Park after smashing a hat-trick to extend his side’s winning streak to nine league games.

Abrams took his tally to 13 for the season as Haroldeans moved ten points clear at the summit after seeing off Hyde Park 3-1 in Liverpool.

Dan Seligman scored for Rovers, who are now 15 points off the league leaders despite having a game in hand.

Reigning champions Manchester Maccabi look to have surrendered their league crown following a 2-0 defeat by Republic of Mancunia 2nd.

Gary Freeman and Mark Clayton were on target for Paul Levy’s side, who moved up to second after heaping more misery on an out-of-form Maccabi.

Oakhill’s rampant form continued as they claimed a 4-0 win over Leeds Maccabi 3rd.

Daniel Bomsztyk, Marc Woolfe, Alex Goodman and Joe Davis were all on target to help lift the Lions up to fifth.

Marc Silvester and Mikey Levitan were both sent off as Sporting JLGB and South Manchester Sports Club 2nd shared a 2-2 draw.

Moshe Hasid had given Sporting a two-goal lead but Oli Black’s strike and a penalty from Marc Parry ensured South went in level at the break.

The game ended on a sour note when Silvester and Levitan were dismissed with five minutes remaining after becoming embroiled in an off the ball clash.

Crumpsall extended their unbeaten run to four games with a narrow 1-0 win over basement boys Broughton.

Ray Tammam scored the only goal of the game for the visitors as they made it 10 points from a possible 12.
