DANNY CARO'S GOAL OF THE WEEK - JONAH GORDON BOYD

DANNY CARO'S QUOTE OF THE WEEK - CLIVE NATHAN

SAVE OF THE WEEK
JAKE DOFFMAN (NL Raiders A) - made an outstanding double save at 3-0. Reacted brilliantly to first parry a Dan Green strike from close-range and then stop the follow up from going in

-------------------------------
-------------------------------

JC GOAL OF THE WEEK: THE CONTENDERS
1. JONAH GORDON-BOYD (AC Whetstone) - hit the winner against Jewdinese with an effort reminiscent, but better, than the young Beckham against Wimbledon from the half-way line. An unbelievable strike
2. BEN JOSEPH (NL Raiders A) - scored another quite magnificent free-kick, his third goal direct from a set piece this season
3. MATT STOCK (NL Raiders A) - pick one of two exceptional finishes to add to his ever expanding list of goals

-------------------------------
-------------------------------

JC QUOTE OF THE WEEK: THE CONTENDERS
1. CLIVE NATHAN (AC Whetstone) - A word of thanks to Laurence Thorne who was calmness personified as referee when some young heads on the pitch and one or two on the touchline got heated
2. ROB RICHMAN (NL Raiders A) - "Firstly, and most importantly, we wish both George Fierstone and Ollie Leslie speedy recoveries from the injuries they picked up. We hope they are back on the football pitch before too long
3. MAX SAUNDERS (Camden Park) - "We completely outplayed Redbridge, a team walking away with the league. We dominated possession, won every battle and created a host of chances. Even the most biased Redbridge fans would find it hard to counter that assessment"
