A penalty from Adam Stolerman helped preserve Redbridge's unbeaten record, as NLR took another step towards their first-ever Premier Division title following a four-goal thriller at Brunel.
The in-form David Dinkin put NLR ahead, only for RJC to level through Ben Graham.
NLR captain David Rhodes put the hosts ahead for a second time, but they finished with 10 men after ref Gary Silver sent off Josh Morris for a professional foul, although some NLR fans believe he had got the ball as the last man when tackling Stolerman, who fired home expertly from the spot.
NLR boss Phil Peters told JC Sport: "Whilst I’m disappointed not to have gone on and won the match after taking the lead early in the second half, I can’t fault the character and work rate of the boys who dug so deep to preserve our unbeaten record."
RJC boss Sam Rosenthal told JC Sport: "We showed great spirit to twice come back from behind. In the end we were unlucky not to make our numerical advantage count and take all three points."

Camden Park recorded their first win of the season as they dented FC Team's hopes of a top four finish in an eight-goal thriller.
Doubles from Richard Silver and Rob Hershkorn inspired Camden, with the impressive Guy Marks completing the job.
FC Team striker Richard Salmon fired a hat-trick for the visitors, but it was Camden celebrating at the final whistle.
Camden boss Josh Marks told JC Sport: "It was great to get our first win in what was a brilliant performance. We needed this for confidence and hopefully we can push on from here. Hopefully it's not a case of too little too late."

As predicted, 2011 winners Hendon edged past defending champions Faithfold in a tight and tense affair at Hadley FC.
A solitary strike from Ben Kon was enough to earn Hendon maximum points. They now lie 12 points behind NLR, with four games in hand.
It was simply not Faithfold's day, with Elliot Stern sent off for two cautionable offences.
Hendon gaffer David Garbacz told JC Sport: "Ultimately this was a massive thre points and together with the draw in the other big game in the division, it puts us right back in it."
Disappointed Faithfold boss Zuriel Solomon told JC Sport: "We lost a game where I felt we deserved a point. Hendon defended well, but we were our own worst enemy. Our discipline was not great - something to be rectified - but I thought we were unlucky not to get anything from the game, but that's football and there's still away to go to get things right."

It was a walk in the park for Oakwood who made it two out of two after blowing the Lions away at Brunel.
Two goals from Alex Koslover plus one apiece from Anthony Kintish, Toby Levy and Sam Jacobson completed the rout.
Oaks joint-manager Ric Blank told JC Sport: "In the first half we looked like scoring every time we went forward as our front four ripped Lions to shreds."

Yaakov Suissa and the in-form Adam Hersh found the net for Blancos.

Harmen co-player-manager Sam Castle told JC Sport: "It was a great team performance with every player 1-14 putting in a great shift. We bossed the game from 0-90 and I couldn't be happier."

Jubilant FC Team boss David Gordon told JC Sport: "It was a relief to finally get out first win of the season, but it wasn’t a surprise to me as this win had been coming. Our recent performances had been really good, but we weren’t getting the results. We coupled a whole hearted performance with a victory and I’m certain that we can push on from here and close the gap on the teams ahead of us."

As predicted, basement battlers Faithfold B registered their first win of the season as they came from behind to over-power London Haroldeans on a memorable morning at Chase Lodge.
There was relief all round, as DORON HERSHKORN ended up as the hat-trick hero, with Leor Harel (2) and Eric Hovelsen wrapping up the points.
Oli Joseph had put Haroldeans ahead early on.
Faithfold's Dan Yoss told JC Sport: "It was an absolutely terrific performance from the boys, in particular Doron Hershkorn and Leor Harel who both scored a hat-trick and a brace respectively. Eric Hovelsen also accepted my challenge and got on the scoresheet. This win has been a long time coming."

A last-minute penalty from top-scorer Nicky Woolf preserved NLR's unbeaten record as the finished honours even after a six-goal thriller in Mill Hill.
NLR's other two goals were top-notch, with Andrew McMaster and Jeremy Elster converting.
NLR boss Jonathan Adelman told JC Sport: "It was another superb game against FC Team C - end to end, no quarter asked or given. We've shared 14 goals across both games with them and each time there have been late goals and drama."

JC Manager of the Week Simon Linden is a strong contender to retain the title after his Blizzard Storm team claimed a stunning win over title hopefuls Redbridge B at Fairlop.
Dan Simons' 85th minute winner, his second goal of the game, completed a famous win for the Blizzard boys in Essex, with Dean Shaw also on target.
Nathan Sollosi accounted for both RJC goals.
Delighted Blizzard boss Simon Linden told JC Sport: "Nothing beats winning in Essex - the underdogs against all the odds turning over Redbridge in their own back yard. This performance was fantastic - the whole team wanted to win today and I'm hoping we can now build on the last two weeks and go on a great run."

There was a surprise result in Walthamstow as lowly Loughton Orient had too much for high-flying Raiders C, courtesy of a superb finish from Josh Jacobs and an own goal.
Jubilant Orient boss Dan Curtis told JC Sport: "That was our best performance of the season - everyone played well and we won our battles all over the pitch. I talked to the boys before the game about tightening up defensively and to stop shipping goals and that's exactly what they did. A very pleasing performance and we are unbeaten in three which is great."
