Maccabi Lions Under 15s victory

London Maccabi Lions Under 15s continued their climb up the Watford Friendly League table with a 3-1 victory over Northwood.

Lions forged ahead when Adam Arnold slotted home a penalty. Zak Skry doubled the lead early in the second half after rising to head home a Danny Berschader corner.

Northwood pulled one back but Jamie Nagioff clinched the points.

Striker Jack Miller provided a brace of well-taken goals as the Lions Under Nine's move three points clear at the top after thumping Hemel Hempstead in the West Herts League.

Josh Plaskow, Zack Azoulay and Scott Bennet completed the rout.

Lions manager Nimrod Schwarzmann said said: "I'm proud of the boys after a fantastic result against a very good footballing club."
