Dan Kosky has been confirmed as manager of the Olim Representative Team.

Kosky, 34, has been given the task of leading the first Olim Representative team in the league’s history as they join the Israeli Workers League on Sunday.

The former England A player and current captain of Jerusalem FC will have Yoni Sidi, the manager of England A, as his assistant.

A preliminary 25-man squad has been named which includes former West Bromwich Albion player Nicky Plotnek and ex-Anderlecht striker Roy Bihi-Zenou, as well as several other players who have played at a high level.

An Olim League spokesman said: "We are delighted to have Dan and Yoni as the first Olim Football Representative management team.

"They both have vast experience with competitive football in Israel and have been heavily involved with the development of Olim Football for several years.

"The squad will feature players from more than seven cities in Israel, with players ranging in origin from Africa, America and Europe.

"This is a major step for the league as we take the most talented players to compete on the Israeli football stage."
