There was cup success for Brady Maccabi Reds in their Watford Friendly League under-11 League Cup Group B tie as they defeated Hadley Wood and Wingate Eagles 5-0.

A good weekend for the Brady Reds was made even better with narrow wins for the under-14's and 10's who defeated Hinton and Finchley Rev (2-1) and Pinnacle (4-3) respectively.

The under-13 Blue team were the other victorious Brady side over the weekend, securing a 5-2 victory against Whetstone.

It was a weekend of mixed fortunes for the London Maccabi Lions sides, with the performance of the week coming from the under-18 Blue team who, led by braces by Sam Shooter and Oscar Wager, recorded a resounding 5-1 win over Cassiobury Clarets.

Tate Nathanson, Eli Gold, Scott Rose and Jamie Brooks were on target for their fellow under-11 Blues in a 4-0 win over Alexandra Park South.

There was just the one win amongst the HMH sides in the WFL with the under-10's gaining a 3-0 win over Hadley Wood & Wingate, Sam Abrahams, Josh Vandermolen and Jasper Wax with the goals.

The under-17's and Raiders under-12's managed to secure a point apiece, after both being involved in entertaining 3-3 draws, with Ben Summerfield netting twice for the latter.

The under-10's provided the success stories for HMH in the weekend’s JNMJFL action, with three of the five netting five times each in heavy wins. HMH Eilat and HMH Negev recorded 5-0 victories over Hendon Utd Blue and Brady Maccabi Blue, while the Netanya side achieved an impressive 5-1 win against Alyth Belsize.

Several players were amongst the goals in these wins with a hat-trick for Eilat’s Saul Norton, and braces for Carlo Madar (HMH Netanya), Toby Marks and Charlie Kafton (both HMH Negev).
