Adam Lewis (Loughton Orient vs Hendon C)

-------------------------------

NOMINEES

NORSTAR LONDON RAIDERS C
Liam Stein (LB) - kept up his extremely impressive start to the season and capped it with a stunning strike
Alex Goodman (CM) - pulled the strings in the middle of the park, lead the team in their impressive comeback
Josh Younger (RM) - pProduced a really impressive performance that his manager has been crying out for, a constant threat on the wing, one to watch if this form is maintained

-------------------------------

SOUTHGATE HARMEN
Alex Bowman (S) - on his debut, was brilliant and caused the Brixton boys a headache all game with his partner in crime Sam Castle
Ben Weinberg (CM) - ran the game, brilliant in the centre of midfield. Showed his class and scored a great individual goal

-------------------------------

REDBRIDGE JEWISH CARE B
Nathan Sollosi (M) - MOM against FC Team C, simply unplayable in the second half and two goals were his reward
Jordan Sapler (D) - calm at the back, got a goal but also made one of the best tackles with a crunching tackle towards the end

-------------------------------

HENDON UNITED SPORTS CLUB C
Ezekiel Jacob and James Neidle (making his first start for the club) at centre backs, both were extremely solid and mopped up everything that came their way
Jono Nesbitt (CM) - playing in central midfield for the first time was full of energy and hard work, as well as probably the standout moment in the match with his assist for the second goal
Adam Glekin (Manager) - made some key changes before the game by putting James Neidle into the heart of defence and even changing the midfield that looked so dominant last week, and clearly it paid off with some of the key changes being involved in the goals (Ezra Dulberg goal and assist, Jono Nesbitt assist and James Neidle assist) Some good decision making to steer hendon C to their first win!
Yaacov Goldin (GK) - mopped everything up, made some cruical saves leading to his first clean sheet of the season. Captaining the Hendon C boys to their first win of the season! Was vocal and kept the game ticking, his kicks were causing havoc for the opposition defence

-------------------------------

HENDON UNITED SPORTS CLUB A
Avidan Last (S) - for two excellent predatory finishes including last minute winner
Avi Korman - endless energy and a huge threat down the right flank all match

-------------------------------

NORSTAR LONDON RAIDERS B
Simon Buchler (M) a shoe-in for ToTW for a superb all-round midfield display, winning the ball, almost 100 per cent pass completion and a goal at the end of an 88th minute lungbusting run to get on the end of a Josh Green cross
Ben Sheldon (GK) - deputising in goal for David Simnock, he was flawless despite it not being his preferred position

-------------------------------

CATFORD & BROMLEY MACCABI
Ryan Kangisser (CB) - MOM on land and in air kept Fortune at bay through the second half, didn't put a foot wrong, was commanding and strong
Steve Keller (RM) - ran his socks off, simply fantastic
Yonni Bord (S) - another two goals for the Catford forward - both really well-taken and he continues to go from strength to strength

-------------------------------

REDBRIDGE JEWISH CARE A
Adam Shafron (CB) - stopped everything that Lions tried to get through. A rock at the back!

-------------------------------

LOUGHTON ORIENT
Referee Adam Lewis - was clear with his decision-making, and whilst I don't think it is feasible for a referree to get every decision right, Adam gets close enough to the action to ensure he makes the right call as often as possible

-------------------------------

FC TEAM A
Danny Moss (M) - was a constant threat down the left, set up both goals against Hendon

-------------------------------

BRADY MACCABI B
Simon Moses (MoM) - "absolute beast in the centre of the park. A very Yaya Toure-esque performance. Defensively solid and a steam train going forward"
Henry Ziff and Jason Davis (CB) - this partnership has continued to flourish. Their understanding gets better week by week. Solid
Richard 'Jimmy' Winton (LM) - constant threat down the left, showing great pace and determination. Took his goal nicely

-------------------------------

NORSTAR LONDON RAIDERS A
Josh Pistol (CB) – strong in the tackle, perfection in the air and distribution was spot on
Justin Spiro (LB) – man-of-the-match display against his former club, including a pinpoint cross for Raiders’ first goal
Jamie Wolfson (RW) – claimed a goal and assist after coming on as a substitute and completely taking the game away from Lions
