NOMINATIONS

Norstar A
- Josh Pistol and Jeff Gotch (CB) - absolute rocks in the centre of the Norstar defence which Redbridge couldn't find a way through for so long in this game. Their best performance of the season with Josh just shading it for man of the match - little to separate the duo though.
- Jonny Kay (CM) - despite enjoying his birthday celebrations on Saturday night, Kay performed superbly and ran the game from the middle of the Norstar midfield. An incredibly assured performance on a morning where things could have gone either way.
- Eli Houri (LM) - an excellent performance from the stand-in skipper on the left wing; deserves all the plaudits for the way he has selflessly transformed his game from centre forward to hard-working winger

Shirley Park
- Saul Conway - sharp in his first game back in six weeks, on the money
- Ian Bean and Ilan Shaki - both centre backs put in solid and excellent displays

Team JLGB
- Rob Levene was inspired form. The only time he was beaten was from "a blatant offside position" and the goal stood. Levene made three incredible saves and a great double stop with his feet

Brixton A
- Ed Weisz - solid in defence

Temple Fortune A
- Benji Mannheim and Brett Stead - both CB's were outstanding, Brett in particular was fantastic, especially as he's usually a CM

Lions B
- Dec Green - on his return from injury, the young keeper had a "fantastic game"
- Matt Green - RB - Had a phenomenal game. Cleared a shot off the line onto the crossbar. Put in some fantastic challenges and won every header
- James Gold - ST - Camden couldn't handle him. Once again proving how much of a handful he is, made a nuisance of himself for the first forcing the keeper to make an error before slotting it away, second was a header from a superb Alex Springer cross. Had the chance to get his hat-trick but was denied by the crossbar

Hendon A
- Ben Lauffer - was a total class apart in midfield and totally passed Harmen
- Danny Kon - scored 3, could have had 6 and was incredibly threatening from start to finish

Athletic Bilbaum
- Josh Ejdelbaum - centre back - dominated all today and gave a tackling masterclass. Must have made 7 or 8 perfect challenges snuffing out potential danger and even showing some quick(ish) feet to dazzle the opposition strikers
- Mark Pasha - 3 assists from left back, including a penetrating run to set up Green for the equaliser moments after half time

SPEC FC
- Michael Rhodes (Goalkeeper) - Unbelievable return after a five-month injury enforced absence. Played like he had never been away and thwarted any danger before it materialised with his safe hands and expert positioning
- Laurence Rosenthal (Centre Back) - The biggest player on the pitch put in the biggest performance. Dominant in the air and assured on the ground. Magnificent.
Marc Hecht (Centre Mid) - The Scotsman once again showed his class. In a deeper position than normal, Hecht broke up play with a string of fine tackles before using his flair and craftsmanship to set SPEC going on the attack

Brady B
- Daniel Hildebrand - a four-goal display for the forward, including a perfect hat-trick and a number of assists. Can score and create, making him a real threat.
- Reiss Mogilner (winger) - a hat-trick from the winger, and a couple of great assists. A threat throughout, and could have had the man of the match gong himself

North London Raiders B
Dan Grossman (cb) – immense performance from centre back. Led the team alongside Sherman brilliantly and was arguably his best performance in an Orange shirt.
Shim Bensoor (cm) – devastating with the ball, the Brady backline couldn’t cope with his movement and trickery all afternoon. An invaluable member of the squad
Lewis Blitz (rb) - Mr Versatile, highly underrated, fills in across the backline and midfield and never puts a foot wrong. In the absence of Alex Bloch he had the tough task of keeping Josh Hershman quiet and did so expertly. Raiders' MOTM

FC Team A
Jon Toby - a flawless performance

Hendon Utd SC B
RA Noe (striker) - three great finishes and ran their defence ragged
Avi Korman (defender) - his first game of the season as he's been away in israel but commanding at the back and drove forward well
Motty Korman - donned the gloves at short notice. Commanded his area brilliantly and made a couple of good saves

Glenthorne B
Richard Rosenthal - came back into the team today and was fantastic. He scored two great goals at the perfect time and settled everyone’s nerves
