Hendon United Sports Club B look set to sign Yehuda Korman, the younger brother of joint-manager Motty Korman, in when he turns 16, during the January transfer window. The Hornets gaffer told JC Sport; “He has been ripping up the Watford Friendly League for years, and is probably the most talented of the six brothers. He will be a name in the MSFL for years to come.....”

North London Raiders are waiting for the league to rubber-stamp a move for Gai Assulin. L’Orange launched the audacious bid after the Israel’s proposed loan move to Barnsley fell through due to fitness concerns. The player’s driver is a former Raiders player.

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich was reportedly seen in a Battersea coffee shop with Norstar manager Phil Peters. A Norstar source told JC Sport: "It would not surprise me if they were discussing a certain managerial role."

But Peters was keen to play down the rumours and insists he is going nowhere, unless he is guaranteed a £2m-a-year salary, new car, as well as taking his No. 2 Jamie Slavin and star striker Adam Jason with him. He has also drawn up a list of players he wants out. John Terry, Salomon Kalou, Nicolas Anelka and Didier Drogba are said to be on the list, although he is undecided over Fernando Torres.

North West Neasden will send scouts to watch Temple Fortune B top-scorer Terry Jeffries following his excellent start to the season.

Neasden have had an offer to sign FC Team striker Richard Salmon turned down.

Faithfold will offer Lorian Madanes a new five-year deal following his excellent start to the season. A club insider told JC Sport: "He's been an absolute revelation since moving to left-back."

Andy Ansah was almost lost for words when he saw Alex Levack's sensational strike against North London Raiders A. In a quick interview, he told JC Sport: "Unbelievable tekkers!"
