It's been a week of big signings, with Lee Cash going to Lions, Mike Pearson returning to Faithfold and James Gershfield joining the management team at Rowley Lane. Here are the latest from the JC MSFL.

----------------

Several clubs have been placed on high alert after Neasden defender Scott Shindler stated his intention to retire from the MSFL. Shindler, 29, has won the Morrison three times, JC MSFL Premier Division title three times, Anekstein once, as well as the Division Two title and Player of the Year accolade.

----------------

Adam Shafron of Glenthorne was seen talking to B team manager Jon Jacobs. An RJC source told JC Sport: "Shaf could be the experience the B's are craving."

Jewventus keeper Dan Cohen is already at the centre of an image rights battle with his new club after hearing about Richard Fogelman's schnitzel goal bonus. Cohen is reported as saying: “I want a schnitzel or shwarma from Lets Meat for every save I make.”

----------------

SPEC FC have signed David Newman on a short-term contract from MLS side Jew-York Red-Bulls in a Landon Donavan-esque deal. He felt the Bananas' five-year plan could match his ambition and if he secures his work permit, will be joining them full time in the new year.

----------------

Elsewhere, the Matt Radstone to SPEC rumours just won't go away. Radstone was seen to be in deep discussion with SPEC manager Laurence Conway after the Bananas' 9-0 drubbing of UJIA before brother Ben dragged him away.

----------------

Mark Truman is on the verge of joining L’Equipe, while AC Mill hill are in the contract negotiation stages of Lee Greenfield from Southgate Harmen to fill his boots.

----------------

SPEC star right-back Adam Wilson was mysteriously left out the squad for their upcoming game with Las Blancos after a devastating report had described the full-back as running "the most sophisticated, professionalised and successful doping programme that sport has ever seen". Wilson tweeted "What am I doing tonight? Hanging with my family, unaffected, and thinking about this. http://bit.ly/Po6mXT #onward"

----------------

Finally, MSFL scouts from across the globe will be keen to keep an eye on SPEC skipper Ashley Burns amidst reports of unrest. The SPEC Banana d'or 2012 winner was subbed off at half time in their last game before cancelling the upcoming holiday in Budapest he had planned with gaffer Conway.
